Brittany Depascale went above and beyond to make my first experience with Byers the best I’ve ever had with a car repair. Her communication was perfect (concise, not too much, not too little, and perfectly experience with Byers the best I’ve ever had with a car repair. Her communication was perfect (concise, not too much, not too little, and perfectly timely). She had a beautiful loaner for me to drive while my car was being fixed. She even checked the loaner after I returned the keys and noticed that I had left a few items (including my cell phone 😬) and made sure I got them back before I left. She has made me a lifetime Byers customer! More
