I took my car in to have a "Check Engine" light analyzed. They weren't able to recreate the cause, although they thought it was related to a single misfire in one cylinder after the car has been sitting out They weren't able to recreate the cause, although they thought it was related to a single misfire in one cylinder after the car has been sitting out in the rain for a couple days. Since they couldn't "fix" the problem they reset the Check Engine light, and didn't charge me for the diagnostic check. I greatly appreciated their generosity on that issue, and just had the cabin air filter replaced while the car was in their care. The service rep I worked with was Brittany. More

Disappointed that I was told I would have to pay a $170 diagnostic fee for something that took AutoZone a total of 5 minutes to diagnose.
