Rather, it is due to the level of service we have received over the years. The dealers and service department have been great. Most notably is the dealer with whom we have worked for the last three vehicles: Atef Behery. Atef is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. We have been to other dealerships and worked with people we can't say the same about. He is friendly and genuinely kind and grateful to work with you. This time since I was looking to buy a new car, I had the pleasure of dealing with sales associate Joey Powell. As it took me some time to finally decide on what car model I wanted to buy, I visited the dealership several times and I always asked for Joey. He was continually helpful and patient; answering all my questions on whatever type of car I was looking at that day. There was never any hassle or rush. I never felt pressured in any way. I finally decided on a 2016 Crosstrek. I had been driving a 2002 Forester, which is as basic as it gets, and the newer technology was a bit overwhelming.
