He asked a lot of questions, and when I arrived, he had the car ready to go--and it had every option I had mentioned to him. He walked me through a real-life demo of the EyeSight, Lane Assist, BlindSpot, and Adaptive Cruise Control features. (We didn't practice Pre-Collision Braking/Throttle Management, but I'll forgive him for that!) He was great about answering all my questions, offering further information, but not killing me with details that I wasn't interested in. Throughout the purchase process, he was good about checking in with the finance group and updating me on the timing so that I never felt forgotten in the system. After I mentioned my love of kayaking, he also went out of his way to contact a fellow kayak-lover about an innovative load-and-rack system. At the end of day, having now both the new Forester and my old car in the parking lot, Chad drove one home for me! Thanks, Chad! More

Chad spent and exceptional amount of time going over the different features of the Subaru Outback and wanted to make sure he answered all our questions and concerns. This visit was on a late Sunday afternoon and we told Chad we wanted to think about this purchase a little more but would be sure to ask for him on any return visit. Several days later we returned to talk with Chad and get further answers to some of our additional questions. Being satisfied this was the vehicle we wanted to purchase in the color of our choice and agreeing to a price the car was ordered. This buying experience was very smooth and most helpful. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Chad is one of the most knowledgeable car sales person that I've ever dealt with. This is something that I can't say about any other car sales person that I've ever bought from. Even as he dealt with more than one buying group as I was in there, I never felt neglected and he multitasked masterfully. Every time I've gone back in for any reason, Chad has personally hand washed my car, something he says he offers everyone that buys car from him. My next car will certainly be bought from him. More

But after 18 months, realized that had we bought an Outback, our satisfaction would have been total. So we returned to Byers Subaru after receiving an email offer. Our budget demanded that we keep the payments the same. No problem, Chad Sneed, while surprised to see us return so soon after he assisted us with the 2015 purchase, had us in the 2016 Outback in less time than it took us to drive in from Union County. The deal was made the easier for us with Subaru's guaranteed trade-in that Chad was ready to inform us about. In all likelihood, we'll not be trading for a while, but when we do, it'll be at Byers Subaru Dublin and we'll shop only when Chad Sneed is in the store! More

We had been to a couple other dealerships - Ford , Chevy and it came between a Chevy Cruz and the Subaru Legacy. What really won me over ( and my dad ) was how organized and knowledgable Michael was. Every question we had he knew the answer to. It was a great experience and I now will most likely only buy Subarus for the rest of my life! I've had my Subaru for over a year now and have had 0 issues and Michael gave his personal cell # , so when I do have questions he is super quick to answer. Amazing customer service and amazing experience. I highly recommend Michael and Subarus to anyone car shopping! More
