Bought a Great Vehicle at a Reasonable Price. It's all about the people. Keith Cordova, sales manager & Zack Jenkins, finance did a great job for us, but Atef Behery, sales, "sealed the deal" wi It's all about the people. Keith Cordova, sales manager & Zack Jenkins, finance did a great job for us, but Atef Behery, sales, "sealed the deal" with us. There was some controversy over the amount offered for our trade-in, but a fair compromise was worked out. We didn't get a great deal, but we did negotiate a very good deal for our fourth Outback Ltd. We've owned a 2011, a 2014 & a 2017 previously & they've all been above average in quality & reliability, not to mention safety & fuel economy. The technology has evolved in a positive direction with each of them & our new 2019 appears to have continued that trend. Subaru is doing a lot of things right in development, manufacturing & quality control. The staff at Byers Subaru Dublin in sales, service, parts & management are all friendly, listen well to the concerns we've had & work to address our concerns with a positive resolution to a given problem. We have been customers of B.S.D. & Atef since 2014. As long as Subaru & Byers continue to "do it right", we will continue to be customers for as long as we can get behind a steering wheel & drive. Options were presented in a clear and straightforward manner. Dr. Behery was punctual for a post-sale follow-up appointment and gave his full attention. Zach Nugen was also low pressure, competent, and pleasant in our short lightning round on finances. Kudos to Byers and especially to Sales Manager, Keith Cordova, who was also excellent, and must be commended for attracting, training, and retaining competent coworkers.
