What you really need is a patient educator to reaffirm all the things you've already read and bring a personal element to the car buying experience. Atef was courteous, informative, and willing to go the extra mile. I am certain that we will be back in the future for my wife. (She was already shopping while we were there and has a brand new car. Sorry Honda.) The finance department was efficient and friendly. The technology for signing the documents was impressive.
