The first impression I got at Byers was the friendly attitudes of all the people. They seem very welcoming, and eager to help you find the person you're there to see. The Subaru inventory at Byers is so deep it took the better part of a day to find the exact car I wanted, but Chad, the salesman, stuck it out and we got through it. I got good money for my trade and a very agreeable price on the new unit, which was a loaded Forester Touring. Chad's product knowledge and easy going, no pressure style made the entire process fun, even though the sheer number of choices was a bit of a challenge. The store is excellent- clean, bright, lots of places to relax, with snacks and beverages available. If you're in the market for a Subaru, consider Byers. They're located just off I-270 on the northwest side of Columbus, Ohio. More

I settled on Subaru as the brand and literally considered, test drove and even priced out the outback, wrx, Crosstrek and finally the Forester. No kidding. The Byers team of professionals were more focused on helping me make the right choice than their own agenda and timeline. Shout out to Chad Sneed, Keith and John the F&I guy for taking care of me, hooking me up and spending whatever time it took to help me find my new Forester. They have a relaxed no-pressure culture here that was refreshing. You owe it to yourself to make a visit if you’re in the market for a new car. If the Forester is as solid as this dealership, I’ll have it for a LONG time. More

I went in just to look at all the options that Subaru had in a manual transmission. Atef very gratuitously introduced himself and asked, what I wanted in a car, and showed what vehicles had those options. After some time looking I knew what I liked and wanted to test drive. He did a inventory search and found a base with a manual transmission. We set up a time for the following Saturday to test drive. He had it warmed up and ready to go when I got there. We went out to take it for a spin and i thought it felt great. The issue was no one in the state had even close to what I wanted. So we got started on a special order with what I wanted in the crosstrek. He kept me up to date on the vehicle from being made to being delivered. When it was time to pick it up he went over all of the features with me so that I wouldn't have any questions about what does what. After all was said and done. He thanked us very much for being such easy customers to work with and saw us off the dealer lot. Now I've been to other dealers that have very pushy salespeople, or they just won't look at you when you're only 20 and want a vehicle a certain way. But over at byers that listen carefully to what you want and will help you the most they can to get you that vehicle with no compromises. Great experience with them the same with Mazda everyone I willing to help and is very courteous. More

Then I went to take care of the financial aspects and met Johnathan Penza. Now this can be the frustrating part with all the paperwork. however with John it was a breeze. His knowledge was amazing and because of it this part was smooth and easy. Also, you got to see his "work desk". This bit of technology was extremely cool. They have buying a car down to a streamlined process. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The final price exceeded my expectations. The car was derived ready and they have thought of everything. Plates transferred and on the car, even paperwork with all the information I needed to transfer the insurance. Now to my salesman. I am 64 years old and have bought many cars and I feel this is the best sales assistance I have ever had. I would highly recommend Atef. He is smart (has a medical degree) and very concerned that you find exactly what you what at the best price. He has a wealth of knowledge. This car has all the new technology so I needed a salesman who could answer questions and he answered them all. I will definitely purchase my next car from Atef!! More

I finally narrowed it down to a 2014 Subaru Impreza and planned to meet with Jeff on December 7th. When I arrived at the dealership Jeff wasn't there because he had a family emergency. I was really hesitant to proceed with another person as I've been to dealerships where the staff does not work as a team and will "steal" sales from each other. Jeff then called me and suggested that I at least do the test drive since I was already there and he assured me that he was fine if I proceeded or we could reschedule. After talking with Jeff and then meeting Gabriel Recker I realized that this dealership was different in that they truly do work as a team and that Jeff would not be slighted in the least. This was a great experience and oddly enough fun because everyone here is extremely knowledgeable, customer oriented and professional. I did purchase the vehicle and then had to do the dreaded "financing". It was then that I met Brandon Jackson in their finance department. Again I was simply blown away, who knew that buying and financing a vehicle could be fun? Once everything was said and done my car payment only increased by $18.00 a month and my annual auto insurance decreased. I now have a newer car with only 27,000 miles on it at an amazing price to boot. Thank you all so much for such a great experience! :-) More
