I was the one looking for a car and not once did any of the salesforce look at my husband for any answers to they questions. My questions were always answered respectfully and never condescending. Very, very helpful, not just from Jeff but everyone we saw. He knew the cars and it was easy to understand and folliw his information. Never did I feel pressured or hurried. And the little things mean a lot. ...explaining some of the programs and setting my clock! My whole experience was informative, enjoyable and fun. Calling Hatfield first out of the Columbus dealerships, I was promised a call back from Hatfield in 15 min. With a price of what we wanted. Meanwhile at Byers I got pretty much an instant price. Calling back to Hatfield twice in 5 hours and still not getting there price. It was enough to tell me who to deal with. Joey saved us overy 2000 and was very professional aND invested a lot of time in the ground work. I would highly recommend this dealership. It was worth the long drive for us. More
