John had the right car, and the price was very fair. This car was for my mother, but I was helping her with the purchase. It could not have gone any more smoothly. I have bought many (way too many) cars, and this was a low-pressure sales experience but with just the right amount of support. Much appreciated. Quick, informative, and thorough I found Chad's contact on the Byers website when I googled a Subaru dealer that I could meet with to get answers about my lease that was ending soon. Chad contacted me immediately via email (my preferred method) and we set up a date/time to meet. This was my first lease and as it was coming to an end soon, I didn't know what my options were. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. I learned a lot about the possibilities that were available to me. I ended up leaving with a car that I never expected to be able to drive away in. He made what could have been a stressful circumstance very relaxed. As long as I'm in the Columbus area, I'll always deal with Chad and his team. More

He took his time to show me different models and explained their features. He was patient with me trying to decide what I wanted, i.e. features, color, model (I'm a widow and old😁). After I purchased my Subaru, Chad followed up with 2 or 3 calls to make sure everything was ok and if I had any concerns. 8 days ago I was in an accident and the safety features of my Subaru kept me from having serious injuries. So I called Chad again, explaining what had happened and needed to buy another car. Chad came in on his day off, plus it was his birthday, showed me the 2017 Subaru Outbacks, again taking the time to explain zll the features. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. In my humble opinion Chad Sneed is very personable and knowledgeable about the Subaru. He takes his time to show and explain features of the Subaru. Would I buy another Subaru and ask for Chad, YES 😀. More

Even though I didnt purchase at that time, I knew that when I was ready, I would go back without hesitation. This time it was even easier.
