He was so kind and very, very intelligent when it came to the various features, packages and deals. While we looked at options, he had my current car appraised so I knew the offer going into it. He was available whenever I had questions and made the buying process so smooth by getting some of the paperwork complete before I arrived. I wasn't able to wait until the new ones start to arrive because my current vehicle (a 2004 Subaru Forester) has almost 300,000 miles on it and I was told by my mechanic that it is very rusted on the underside and I need to get into a new car asap. The Forester still runs like a charm though! Zach moved mountains for me to find my perfect match with a dealership trade and kept in touch with me with all new updates as he got them. Not only that, Zach was so calm and friendly throughout the whole process which kept me relaxed. In addition, he is very informative with beneficial information that helped me choose the perfect vehicle for me and he was truly committed to making sure I was making the best decision for me and not an impulsive decision. He was very courteous and walked me through the process and made sure I was linked to the proper dealership. He also followed up with me to let me know that they had received my application.
