He is very knowledgeable about Subaru cars and made sure that all our concerns were taken cared of. Everytime I would bring my Forester 2016 for maintenance service, Atef would always personally take it for carwash and would make sure to offer me snack or drink while waiting. I just leased a 2019 Forester Limited to replace the 2016 and after window shopping in other dealerships, finally decided to close the deal with Atef because he immediately responded to all my inquiries and agreed on the terms that I wanted. Bought a Great Vehicle at a Reasonable Price. It's all about the people. There was some controversy over the amount offered for our trade-in, but a fair compromise was worked out. We didn't get a great deal, but we did negotiate a very good deal for our fourth Outback Ltd. We've owned a 2011, a 2014 & a 2017 previously & they've all been above average in quality & reliability, not to mention safety & fuel economy. The technology has evolved in a positive direction with each of them & our new 2019 appears to have continued that trend. Subaru is doing a lot of things right in development, manufacturing & quality control. The staff at Byers Subaru Dublin in sales, service, parts & management are all friendly, listen well to the concerns we've had & work to address our concerns with a positive resolution to a given problem. We have been customers of B.S.D. & Atef since 2014. As long as Subaru & Byers continue to "do it right", we will continue to be customers for as long as we can get behind a steering wheel & drive.
