Our salesman Michael O'Brien k My wife and I went to Byers looking mainly for a Mazda CX-5 but test drives got us more interested in a Subaru Outback. Our salesman Michael O'Brien knew both car lines and was well prepared for us both times we visited. He knew the cars and anticipated our questions, but never pressed us or talked down the competition. Once we made our choice the dealership gave us a fair price for our trade-in and negotiated a fair price for the Subaru Outback Touring XT we bought. And - surprise - the car was available 2 days after we made our choice, instead of the 2 weeks we expected to wait! Top notch dealership. More
