The lady in charge of the service department is not very approachable and does not seem to care about customers. I gave her two stars instead of one because she actually is very knowledgeable. Beware they lie to you. The financial manager sat across the table from us and explained the insurance I was purchasing covered everything inside the car in case of a rip or tear. It doesn’t cover any of th the table from us and explained the insurance I was purchasing covered everything inside the car in case of a rip or tear. It doesn’t cover any of that. Why did they sell us insurance that doesn’t even work. We purchased four cars from Byers recently and you would think they would care about the customer but I guess not. Do Not Buy Insurance! More
