Strees Free My wife and I were in Columbus (from Lima) on business and had set up a test drive with CJ Barnett around 1pm. Upon arriving we were informed that My wife and I were in Columbus (from Lima) on business and had set up a test drive with CJ Barnett around 1pm. Upon arriving we were informed that CJ had a family obligation and Chad Sneed would be taking care of us. We were interested in 3 vehicles: Mazda CX5, Subaru Crosstech, and Subaru Forester. After visually inspecting all three vehicles and getting tons of general info on all three, Chad set up test drives on all three. We ultimately decided on the Forester and Chad started the ball rolling by taking our Nissan Murano for an appraisal. I thought to myself this is where it might get ugly. I was very surprised when they returned with exactly the amount we wanted for our car,....no quibbling. They had to transfer in the exact car my wife wanted from Kentucky, which meant we had to return the next night to pick up the vehicle This was a minimal inconvenience since everything else had gone flawless. From the first greeting to even the financial paperwork,all was handled in a professional and stress free environment. My wife and I never felt like we were being pressured to buying a car, but more so just given a lot of info so we could decide for ourselves. CJ even stopped in when were finalizing the paperwork just to see how our experience at Byers was going. We were both impressed with that tremendously. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a Mazda, Subaru, or any car on this lot to try Byers. If everyone that works here is as courteous and knowledgeable as Chad, CJ, and Sage, you can count on a rewarding experience. More
