After driving Honda's for 40 years, I was encouraged to check out the top rated Forester Touring SUV. I'm happy to report that I am very satisfied with my choice for several reasons. Firstly, I was introduced to Atef Behar whose knowledge of the Forester was very apparent in the first few minutes of our conversation. I had done my homework but Atef was helpful in finalizing my "no pressure" decision. He is a great communicator and went out of his way to answer my questions, even on days when he wasn't at the dealership. Secondly, the "check-out" process was not a lengthy process. Both Atef and the financial manager Chad Sneed made that process very pleasant. Lastly, all the safety features and technical features. And for a person who loves to have a clean car, I will have free car washes as long as I own the car. That was a surprise perk I wasn't expecting. Sometimes it's the little things that feel so BIG. Thank you Atef and Chad for the great experience! More

We recently purchased our second Subaru from Atef Behar at the Dublin Byers Subaru. Three years ago, Atef took all the time we needed to decide on which car we wanted. Atef answered all of our questions an at the Dublin Byers Subaru. Three years ago, Atef took all the time we needed to decide on which car we wanted. Atef answered all of our questions and was so personable and nice to us. When we found the need three years later (this month 2020) of replacing our second car, we were so pleased to find out Atef still worked at the dealership. As before, we were given excellent service from Atef and left with a new Subaru Impreza. We highly recommend everyone use him when looking for a car. We purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback last week from Byers Subaru. It was an exceptionally smooth and positive experience! This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Byers, and each time we have worked with Atef Behery. Atef is very hardworking and has years of knowledge and expertise. He also has super follow-through. He kept us updated every step of the way. We did everything via internet--from initial inquiries to negotiating a very fair purchase price on the new car and getting fair value for our trade-in. It was super easy to ask Atef questions and get quick, clear and complete answers (unlike with other dealers in the area!). Atef even worked some magic for us by moving the delivery of our new Outback up by a couple of months to accommodate our needs! And since we did everything online, we had only to come in to sign papers and pick up our new car. (Talk about safe and hassle-free car buying!) Even then, Atef took the time to patiently show us how to use all the new technology in our new Outback. Working with Atef was so easy and such a pleasure--all three times! We would definitely purchase another vehicle from him (and Byers) in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything, Atef!! More

It's time. My girlfriend is moving to the Subaru Capital of the world, Oregon. She needs a good to get her there and get her around the state. I want her safe and what better car than my 2013 Subaru Crosst of the world, Oregon. She needs a good to get her there and get her around the state. I want her safe and what better car than my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. After 8 years and 110,000 miles, I am ready for a new Crosstrek. So I sold her my 2013 Crosstrek that Atef helped my pick out in 2012. Actually the first 2013 Crosstrek on the lot. I made a deal she could not pass up, took her $$ and headed for Byers. I new I wanted another Crosstrek. Byers and Atef were my number one choice. After searching the wide selection of Crosstreks, I found the one, a 2021 6sp Crosstrek. I sent Atef an email and gave him the unit number. He emailed me back and told me he would have the car ready for me at 9am the next morning. I arrived by 11am, and by noon, Atef and I sealed the deal. I hope he is there the next time I need another Subaru. It is sad to see my GF move to Oregon, BUT I know she will be safe in her Subaru Crosstrek as she makes her way across the US. Thank you Atef and the friendly staff at Byers Subaru Dublin. More

John was very helpful in getting a price for my second Forester, with my trade-in, that I felt was within my budget. I had Atef the next day to demonstrate all the new features of my new Forester and pr Forester, with my trade-in, that I felt was within my budget. I had Atef the next day to demonstrate all the new features of my new Forester and provided a summary sheet to refer to when I have questions about the care of the car. Rich, with the service department, also was of great help in detecting problems with my older Forester and kept me well informed. All personal spent a good amount of time with me and I never felt rushed. This is the second time I have worked with Atef, as he sold me my last car, and he always goes beyond being helpful. More

I am writing this review as a first-time owner of a Subaru. I am happy with the car and especially pleased with the quality of customer service provided by the team in the Service Department.
