I had scheduled an appointment for my back rear lift gate not opening. When I arrived they were ready for me and greeted me to get checked in. My service rep was away from his desk so someone else started my not opening. When I arrived they were ready for me and greeted me to get checked in. Laila and Maria are legends ! They are the best at customer service . I go have the worst luck with cars , but Subaru has great deals, reasonably priced and does an excellent job They are the best at customer service .
