AMAZING, Sooooo worth every minute of my time I was searching online to find my dream car, I wanted a dealership that was close to home, a salesmen who is friendly BUT NOT AGGRESSIVE, someone with I was searching online to find my dream car, I wanted a dealership that was close to home, a salesmen who is friendly BUT NOT AGGRESSIVE, someone with experience & knowledge, a good deal, oooohhhh and of course my dream car. It only took a few moments to choose from the handful of dealerships on Billingsley Rd. Byers Mazda Subaru was my WINNER, I found my dream car it was PERFECT especially the PRICE it had every option I have always wanted in a car & options that I never thought was in my reach, so I schedule a test drive, when I arrived Jeff R. had my car ready & waiting for me to take it for a spin, I drove down the street turned around and went directly back, I new within seconds that I HAD to have it . Jeff got right to work and within that hour I was approved for financing with a interest rate of 9.45% my mom had to co-sign but I got it, I am truly amazed with my experience at Byers Mazda Subaru from start to finish , I will DEFIANTLY be back here when I get my next car and my younger sister is saving up for a down payment on a car so she will be to see Jeff R. here within 6 months, and as a bonus I can stop in at anytime and get a FREE car wash. More

My purchase of a Jeep Wrangler I called ahead and the vehicle was waiting for test drive when I got there. After the test drive, Jeff Rittinger immediately supplied us with a car I called ahead and the vehicle was waiting for test drive when I got there. After the test drive, Jeff Rittinger immediately supplied us with a car fax and with little negotiating, a very fair price was agreed upon including my trade-in. We soon met with Russell Stillwagon for the financing. Although he had a Steeler pullover and me being a Bengals fan, he was very nice and efficient and the deal was done in short order. This was the fifth vehicle I have bought at this dealership and the people there make it a pleasurable experience. No pressure and they want you to leave satisfied even if you don't buy that day. I recommend Byers MazdaSubaru to all my friends and relatives. More

Completely Hassle Free Experience!!! What a great experience at Byers Mazda Subaru! We found our car on Yahoo! Used Autos and scheduled a test drive. Our salesman, Jeff Rettinger, got ah What a great experience at Byers Mazda Subaru! We found our car on Yahoo! Used Autos and scheduled a test drive. Our salesman, Jeff Rettinger, got ahold of us almost immediately and told us to stop by whenever to test drive the vehicle. We got there the next day and Jeff had the car ready to go for us. He made copies of our license and we were on our way...no sales pitch...no hassle...very refreshing. We took the car on the test drive and returned it to Byers with intentions of looking at a few other manufacturers cars on other lots. 3 lots later we were back at Byers asking for another test drive. Jeff handed us the keys and we were on our way. A half hour later we returned to purchase our new addition. Jeff handled everything for us and a couple hours later we were driving the vehicle home! A+ service. Great experience! More
