Knowledgable salesperson, killer car, good deal I had a few pretty specific things I was looking for in a car. After a solid week of test driving cars I thought I would love and people had highly re I had a few pretty specific things I was looking for in a car. After a solid week of test driving cars I thought I would love and people had highly recommended, I couldn't find all the features I wanted in one car. My husband read a few reviews and suggested I try a Mazda - it looked like they had a couple models that had all I wanted. I went to one Mazda dealer in town and the salesperson told me I couldn't get what I wanted. So, from the parking lot of that dealer, I gave it *one last shot* and called Byers and just happened to talk to Joey. He knew exactly what I wanted and told me he would go out to their lot and actually put a hand on it to make sure they had it before I wasted my time driving over there for a test drive. So he did and called me back within two minutes. I rushed over there and loved the car - a Mazda 3. Joey's knowledge of Mazda's cars and particular features they offer lead me right to the car I've always wanted - and had no idea was a Mazda. He's a cool, laid back guy, but understood that I wasn't there to dick around. While salespeople at other dealers either tried to keep me at their dealership as long as possible by having me test drive random cars that were not what I wanted - or talked my ear off about how great of service they provide when all I wanted was a car with particular features, Joey got down to business and actually found what I was looking for. (Note: They may have actually had the car at the first dealership I went to - the salesperson either just did not have the knowledge or wasn't willing to look hard enough to find it.) The process could have gone a little smoother/faster. I did spend quite a bit of wasted time waiting in the dealership for test drives, financing, etc. (the reason for my 4 rating instead of 5) - but in the end, I'm happy with the car I got and didn't have to settle, like I really thought I was going to have to for a while there. Also, Joey was really great about texting me with updates, even on his day off, and always got right back to me when I texted questions. I'd highly recommend talking to Joey if you want someone who knows what they're doing and will hustle to help you out. I'd also recommend checking out Byers if you want the benefit of a large stock. And I'd recommend checking out a Mazda if you are like me, and actually like to drive and want a car that's got a sporty feel with a manual transmission, but still has features like a sunroof and killer stereo that make it a fun ride, and still has great safety features and enough room to fit a car seat and carry your baby's junk around. More

I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted and did not have to spend unnecessary time doing so. With all his preparations and time spent it seemed as easy as coming in and signing a couple papers. Before I knew it I was driving off in my new car! When it comes time to trade in, I will with out a doubt be returning to Cj's desk at Byers. More

Personal car buying experience dedicated to family! I went into Byers Mazda of Dublin looking for a specific vehicle that I had already researched. I knew what I was looking for and what I could afford. The minute we walked into the door an associate greeted us and tracked down the specific person we were there to speak with. We were introduced to Dave Bryant. Dave was a down to earth great person. He spent time with me looking at vehicles, explaining the different features, colors and what I really needed in a vehicle. He never wanted to "over sell" me a car. Dave took time to get to know me and my family, even spending a few minutes showing a game on his cell phone to keep my children occupied. He checked on us while we were waiting for financing and made sure we didn't need anything. Dave made the "car buying experience" something I haven't experienced with other dealerships. I got to know Dave along with him getting to know me and my family. We also worked with GM Mark Laub. Mark is also a family man and checked on my family several times to be sure we didn't need anything. Mark has years of experience and it showed when just talking with him. There wasn't a single associate that we interacted with who was disrespectful or made me feel like my purchase didn't matter.
