Personal car buying experience dedicated to family! I went into Byers Mazda of Dublin looking for a specific vehicle that I had already researched. I knew what I was looking for and what I could afford. The minute we walked into the door an associate greeted us and tracked down the specific person we were there to speak with. We were introduced to Dave Bryant. Dave was a down to earth great person. He spent time with me looking at vehicles, explaining the different features, colors and what I really needed in a vehicle. He never wanted to "over sell" me a car. Dave took time to get to know me and my family, even spending a few minutes showing a game on his cell phone to keep my children occupied. He checked on us while we were waiting for financing and made sure we didn't need anything. Dave made the "car buying experience" something I haven't experienced with other dealerships. I got to know Dave along with him getting to know me and my family. We also worked with GM Mark Laub. Mark is also a family man and checked on my family several times to be sure we didn't need anything. Mark has years of experience and it showed when just talking with him. There wasn't a single associate that we interacted with who was disrespectful or made me feel like my purchase didn't matter. Although I did....because I love my new Mazda3 S Touring Hatchback that much! Joey made the experience fun with his wit and humor; and was accommodating even though I was slightly unprepared with details. Guest relations specialist is the perfect title for Joey, because he does not fit your traditional "car salesman", which was perfect for me. The Mazda MX-5 I was intrested in was on the showroom floor. Without hesitation, Joey moved the MX-5 to the parking lot so I could test drive it. After the test drive, Joey presented me with the price of the car, finance options, and when I said I wanted my credit union to fiance the car, he immediately took steps to make that happen. Within 2 hours of walking into Byers Mazda, I was the owner of a 2016 Mazda MX-5. Joey exceeded my expectation of customer service when he made arrangements for me to get the car I had driven to Byers Mazda and my new car home. More
