Our salesman, Jeff Rettinger, got ahold of us almost immediately and told us to stop by whenever to test drive the vehicle. We got there the next day and Jeff had the car ready to go for us. He made copies of our license and we were on our way...no sales pitch...no hassle...very refreshing. We took the car on the test drive and returned it to Byers with intentions of looking at a few other manufacturers cars on other lots. 3 lots later we were back at Byers asking for another test drive. Jeff handed us the keys and we were on our way. A half hour later we returned to purchase our new addition. Jeff handled everything for us and a couple hours later we were driving the vehicle home! A+ service. Great experience! More

Worst dealer ever I took my 2008 Mazda 6 to this dealer ship fully loaded with 66000 miles on the car they only offered me 6000 for the car really 6000 and they also sa I took my 2008 Mazda 6 to this dealer ship fully loaded with 66000 miles on the car they only offered me 6000 for the car really 6000 and they also said that the best they could do. Then I went home put in the same info they showed us for a trade offer and the website said dont take less then 8500. The worst part of the whole thing was I was not just looking for one car i was looking for two and both my parents were looking at 2 cars as well. So i went to a different dealer that was willing to work with me offer me 9000 for my car and got me to the payment I wanted to be at on my new car so we bought my wife a car as well and now my parents are looking for there cars too. The dealer that went above and beyond was Ricart mazda off South hamilton rd. I am also a employee of one of there partners so needless to say i will advise everyone to stay away from this dealer. More
