Joey made buying from Byers Mazda a great experience Joey greeted us when my wife and I walked in on our first visit. He srated with is for a long time explaining every nuance of the vehicle we were interested in. At no time did we feel pressured or like he was gaming us. Seriously, Joey is a rock star. Helpful It was my first time buying a car and it went great. I went to other dealerships before this one and just didn't get the experience I got here. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way for me and my family. When I went to other dealerships the sales people were either pushy or acted like they didn't care to help us buy a car. At byers it was different. Joey walked around the lot with us and answered all of our questions. Joey sat in one of the cars with me and explained everything the car did including the features and navigation screen stuff. I'm not big on reading instructions or anything so it was nice knowing the features and how to use everything. The next day I came back with knowing that the mazda 6 was the car for me. Joey ended up coming in on his off day to help us out. Driving an hour in from his sons football game that just ended. Now that is dedication. We wanted him to get the sale since he spent so much time with us and put in more effort than any other salesman at other car dealerships. I ended up buying that mazda 6 and at a great price. Joey and the rest of byers mazda did a phenomenal job. More

Whenever we had questions he was quick to answer and the few that he didn't know off the top of his head he was sure to look up to get the correct information. Price negotiations were straightforward and it was clear CJ worked hard to get us the car in our price range, even going above and beyond advising me of the recent college grad program to help get better financing. The only real down side was the wait time was a bit long while getting the pricing sorted out. Overall it was a wonderful experience and they really should pay CJ more, he was simply fantastic. More
