From the time we made a phone call to inquire about the car to the time we walked out the door with the car in our hands, it was fantastic top notch customer service start to finish. We had dealt with other local dealerships in Cincinnati and had terrible experiences, but once we made the drive to Byers, it was nothing but a smooth process. Jeff Rettinger was our salesman and he went above and beyond for us from the moment we contacted him to the moment we left. They stayed late for us to make the purchase, they did most of the preparation over the phone do to our distance, Jeff worked on our deal on his day off, everything was so easy with the purchase!
