Great experience I bought my previous Mazda 6 at Byers a few years ago and it was a great experience, so when I started thinking about looking at new cars I went back I bought my previous Mazda 6 at Byers a few years ago and it was a great experience, so when I started thinking about looking at new cars I went back to Byers. I really just wanted to test drive a new Mazda CX 5 and both me and my husband said we were not going to buy anything that same day. Joey helped us with our test drive. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He offered to have my car appraised for trade in and run the numbers so I could see what my payment would be. Joey was not pushy at all and was a pleasure to work with. We walked away to think about it, but ended up back at the dealership an hour or so later to purchase my new CX5. Overall, both of my experiences buying a car at Byers has been great. My husband already said "when I'm ready to look for a new car I'm going to go see Joey". More

He really made my (first) car buying experience so easy. Especially because he made himself available via his cell for any questions I had and was very prompt with his responses. I was very indecisive but he was patient with me. My boyfriend and I went to other dealerships where the salesman only really spoke to my boyfriend, but what set Joey apart was that he spoke to both me and him, something my boyfriend appreciated since I would be the one driving the car. Something else that set Joey apart from other dealers is that he was honest in his responses and was not pushy at all. He advised me on which features I would really need for the car based on what my primary/daily tasks were. But also advised against some features I didn't need. He was also very personable, but remained professional. We made sure to buy the car from Joey only and kept in touch with him to ensure we purchased from him. I'm loving my new CX5! Thanks Joey! No pressure, great service! I've been to this dealership twice. A few months ago I was looking, but wasn't ready to part with my old car yet. The salesman was friendly and helpful, and not pushy at all. I didn't get bombarded with a bunch of phone calls offering me deals, they just told me to come back when I was ready. When it was time to say goodbye to the old one, I went and test drove several other vehicles, and decided that Mazda was still the front runner. I went back to the dealership, and unfortunately the first salesman I worked with was no longer there. However, CJ Barnett was able to jump in and take over. There was no pressure, no hassle, and things went very quickly and smoothly. I ended up getting a fair offer for my trade-in and left with a new vehicle that I love and that I know I don't have to worry about for a long time. Really pleased with the whole experience! More
