The Byers Mazda sales team is dedicated to customer service. I called Byers Mazda on a Friday afternoon when I could not start my vehicle while traveling. The service department was closed, but Russell Wilson in the sales department, patiently listened to what was wrong with my car, helped me figure out that my car probably had a dead battery, and walked me through using Roadside Assistance on the app. He even followed up the next day to make sure I was taken care of. I was able to have a new battery quickly installed and be on my way. I can't thank Byers Mazda enough for their assistance and their sales team’s amazing dedication for assisting their customers. The service department claimed that the leaking radiator on my 2 year old car was not caused by a defect and therefore not covered under the warranty.
