He was knowledgeable and attentive during the process. I came back to the dealership 3 times before finalizing my purchase and in between visits he was great at communicating details about cars and pricing via email. I would recommend Michael to anybody who is looking to buy a Mazda from Byers. I also worked with John Penza to finalize the finances of the purchase. He was friendly and professional and made the money portion of the car purchase as simple as possible. Also shout out to Sage Worl for working with us on our trade-in. Everyone was very approachable and helpful at this dealership. More
Pretty painless as far as buying experiences go. We were in to test drive the CX3 and found the car to be the exact thing we wanted. Byers gave me the best deal and everyone was so nice and professional. John Penza in finance was so informative. I felt as if Mazda had an affordable Allstate plan too for tires, Scotchguard seats, etc. More

I went in looking to purchase a new CX-3 (and was considering a CX-5 before going here) with all the bells an Was not happy with my experience at all. I went in looking to purchase a new CX-3 (and was considering a CX-5 before going here) with all the bells and whistles. My salesman, Chuck Eberhart, treated me like I was a teenager who was just there to waste his time. I do look younger but I am 27 and a dentist with plenty of money to spend and was ready to buy a car on the spot... That certainly didn't happen, nor will it at this dealership. When I walked in, Chuck looked at me and just motioned me over with his head. He asked what he could do for me, I said I was interested in a CX-3. Instead of giving me information about it, he then just asked what questions I had about it. I wanted to say, "I don't know yet, you're the car salesman! Tell me about it!!" Instead, I asked a few questions that garnered virtually no information (AWD vs FWD, apple carplay availability, features on the different versions of the car etc). After a moment of silence where he just sat there I asked if I could see a CX-3. He then said that you only had three on the lot. I just said ok, can I see the best one you have. He then brought a grand touring for me to see. He brought me outside, the car was turned off, plastic still covering literally everything inside and tape on the dashboard….. I asked him if I could test drive it. He said it needed gas so he went to put gas in the car. He brought it back and there was still plastic over everything except the driver and passenger seats in the front. He didn’t offer to come with me on the test drive so the questions I had during the test drive went completely unanswered. After I brought the car back, I walk in, he’s on his cell phone. I’m pissed because I know he’s treating me like a child so I thank him for his time, grab a business card and then leave. He literally doesn’t even attempt to talk to me about anything. I honestly did like the CX-3, I just felt like I got virtually no information about it that I couldn’t buy it. I gave the price 3 stars because, again, he didn't even talk to me about that so I don't know how much anything costs. I didn’t even pursue a CX-5 or any other models because I wasn’t going to waste my time on someone who clearly didn’t want my business. Just overall, terrible, terrible customer service. More

Great car buying experience I had just found out my car was being deemed a total loss by my insurance company. I started looking for cars online that were comparable to what I had lost. I went to test drive one vehicle after work at Byers. The car I had test drove, while a very nice car with low mileage, was not what I expected. Andrew was very helpful, he listened to my dislikes and what I liked. He showed me three other cars they had on the lot. I test drove a second auto and really liked it. Since I had my previous car financed it was now a waiting game with the insurance company, the body shop, and the lien holder. Andrew kept me updated everyday as to whether or not the car was still there. He offered me good advice, and once everything was settled with insurance, actually came in on his day off to help me. I have to say in all my experiences purchasing a car this has been the most pleasant. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I felt everyone was very knowledgeable and willing to help. It’s a very rare thing to find anymore and it is truly appreciated. More

Great overall experience at Byers Mazda Subaru!!! We were impressed and the overall process, start to finish, was smooth and to the point. Found a 2015 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring online and went We were impressed and the overall process, start to finish, was smooth and to the point. Found a 2015 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring online and went in to talk to Jeff Rettinger. Test drove it and noticed a few cosmetic things that bothered us a little. Swirls in the paint and a couple blemishes here and there. Byers Mazda Subaru works with Dent Magic to take care of things like this. Dent Magic will come out to the dealership to buff out, touch up, etc. minor imperfections. Someone may have not seen these blemishes or minor imperfections previously but its not always up to everyone else to fix issues you may notice. Anyway, knowing this, we trusted Jeff and went through with the deal. We brought the car back on Friday and worked with a guy named Dave from Dent Magic to go over any minor cosmetic issues on the vehicle that could be worked out. Dave was very professional and did a great job! Price wise we were $250 off on our trade-in but they were able to work off some money on the bumper to bumper warranty we purchased. It wasn't worth jeopardizing the sale over $250. Talk to Jeff Rettinger, he knows what he is doing and will get you a good deal. More
