Sales staff was great, service department is awful. They have had my car for a full month out of the year I’ve had it. They refuse to even replace a single part to fix an issue that they themselves already have had my car for a full month out of the year I’ve had it. They refuse to even replace a single part to fix an issue that they themselves already said was not supposed to happen. 10 hours of driving to and from the dealer and a month without my car and still no resolution. They won’t answer the phone, won’t return voicemails you leave when they have MY car. More

I was greeted in the lot by Michael O’Brien and he treated me well and professionally from the start. He was not high pressure and he didn’t act like I was an uninformed buyer. Michael O'Brien was great to work with. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. He was able to answer all my questions and was very familiar with the features of the vehicle. He responded quickly to my questions and seemed genuine. He made me want to buy a car from him. Even after the sale was over, he facilitated getting my automatic start being put in. I highly recommend working with him. He was efficient with the process so that I wasn't waiting unnecessarily. He even cleaned out the car himself when a detailer was not available. He could have easily just skipped that step but instead he did it right. I didn't feel like I was just a sale, he was just doing his job and doing it right. When I buy another car, I hope he is still around. More
