We had a great experience at Byers Mazda! We visited 3 different times and drove two different cars before deciding on which to buy. Michael was very helpful and not at all pushy. Sales staff was great, service department is awful. They have had my car for a full month out of the year I’ve had it. They refuse to even replace a single part to fix an issue that they themselves already have had my car for a full month out of the year I’ve had it. They refuse to even replace a single part to fix an issue that they themselves already said was not supposed to happen. 10 hours of driving to and from the dealer and a month without my car and still no resolution. They won’t answer the phone, won’t return voicemails you leave when they have MY car. More

I was greeted in the lot by Michael O’Brien and he treated me well and professionally from the start. He was not high pressure and he didn’t act like I was an uninformed buyer.
