Overall, an excellent experience. I went into Byers Mazda having an idea of what car I wanted to purchase, and John Bechtel met with me and was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Overall an excellent experience. We initially went into Byers Mazda unsure of what our next vehicle would be. John Bechtel met us and showed us a Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring with the Premium Package. We tol Byers Mazda unsure of what our next vehicle would be. John Bechtel met us and showed us a Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring with the Premium Package. We told John we were just looking and he respected that. After we had looked at some other cars for comparison we contacted John and test drove a Mazda CX 5 Signature which was all they had on the lot that would be similar to a CX 5 Grand Touring Reserve which we decided would be best for us. Byers did not have a CX 5 GTR on the lot as we wanted it equipped, but they found one and brought it in for our purchase. The purchase went extremely smooth and John is very knowledgeable on the CX 5 and very friendly. At no time did we feel pressured during the transaction which I appreciate. Chad Sneed handled the Finance portion of our transaction and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Byers Mazda, John Bechtel and Chad Sneed to anyone looking for a new Mazda. More

I went and met with them, test drove the car I wanted, and told them what I wanted to the most detail. Usually dealerships push us to get what they have instead of what we want. I have been a Byers-Mazda customer since 2012. I just traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Leasing this time and John Bechtel was my sales person. He is extreme traded in my 2018 Mazda 3 HB for an upgrade to a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. Leasing this time and John Bechtel was my sales person. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I always feel comfortable working with Mazda because I never feel like I'm being pushed by a sales rep or being lied to by service or being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I appreciate their honesty, friendliness, knowledge, and transparency. I am on my third Mazda vehicle and my experience gets better each time! Overall, one could not ask for more in a car-buying experience. As newly-minted parents spending more on a vehicle than we ever had, we had a number of concerns going into the buying process. The sales staff could not have done a better job of addressing those concerns and making sure we fully understood and were happy with what we were purchasing. The price was fair, and there was none of the pressure that typified our past interactions with vehicle salespeople. We were told to not hesitate to call if we came across any concerns or questions as we started driving more, and got the impression those weren’t just words – that the dealership has absolute faith in their product and wants to make sure the customer is happy once they’ve left the lot. We love the car, we appreciated how smooth the buying process was, and would recommend both the vehicle and the dealership with absolutely no reservations. More
