I'm willing to drive 2 hours from home to go here for any service I need done since they have treated me like I'm royalty or something. Plus hey, there's free coffee made by a machine that has dozens of options to choose from sooo that's a bonus. Anyway, 11/10 would go again. More

It did take 6 weeks because the color was in such high demand. They kept communicating with me and offered other colors but I stuck with the blue. They made it happen and was the best buying experience that I ever had. In times like these, that is saying a lot as the most popular cars are so hard to find. Don’t fear, they will work hard to find what you are looking to get. 100% satisfied! Great job Byers!!! More

They made the documentation process simple. I would appreciate, if the add on warranty options are laid out during the sales process and not during the finance process to make it easy to assess the overall cost. A thing I feel all dealers should do. I wish the service & parts department offers more competitive pricing. More

The service department made me wait an hour longer than quoted without giving me an update, so that I had to go inquire as to the status of my car. The sales staff may have good ratings but the service staff need to look up the definition of "service" in between their cigarette breaks and texting. More
