As a first time car buyer, I could not have asked for a better experience at Buyers Mazda. Michael O'Brien was able to tell me what cars they had coming in (and give me a time frame of arrival) and what w better experience at Buyers Mazda. Michael O'Brien was able to tell me what cars they had coming in (and give me a time frame of arrival) and what would need to happen to "purchase" the car ahead of arrival. There was no pressure to purchase a higher trim or a different model, and he was able to provide all information to me same day (unlike other Mazda dealerships around Columbus). Once the car came in, he not only went over the paperwork with me, but took the time to show me the features of the car and help set everything up with Bluetooth and the Mazda App. Michael was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. On the financing side, Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. One thing that I appreciated the most about Chuck was that he did not hassle or pressure me into getting an extra warranty or package. He made sure I understood everything I was signing and was patient when I was asking questions. Between the test drive, paperwork, and setting up my personal information in the car, I was out of there within an hour and a half. I would absolutely recommend Buyers Mazda to anyone looking for a car, they go above and beyond expectations and are truly there for the customer. More

Very good experience at Byers Mazda. I basically knew which car I wanted but was having trouble finding one because of supply shortages. Mike let me know what they had coming in, no hass I basically knew which car I wanted but was having trouble finding one because of supply shortages. I were immediately greeted by Mr. Chuck Eberhart at the reception. He made sure that I felt comfortable at the dealership directed me at the waiting area where I will meet Mike O’Brie Chuck Eberhart at the reception. Mr. O’Brien took the time to show me around and was well trained at his job and this was evident as he guided me through the cars available there and he was focused on my interest and needs for a specific car. I must accept that this was certainly one of my best car purchasing experience from a long time especially right now at today’s market. The car salesman Mr. O’Brien was patient enough to not only educate me about the pros and cons of the car. He was also very helpful knowledgeable in answering every question I had. I am sure he went out of his way to deliver my car to my house. These days, car salesmen are merely concerned with making money but, a salesman like Mike O’Brien delivers on his promise of offering incredible service.
