Byers was the first of a few stops on my hunt for a new car. I needed a new car I just had no idea what I wanted. John was patient and helpful with me. Never once did he try to "sell" me on a Mazda, he sim car. I needed a new car I just had no idea what I wanted. John was patient and helpful with me. Never once did he try to "sell" me on a Mazda, he simply answered any questions I had and made me feel completely comfortable. After going to a few other places I came back not only because I loved the options they had at Mazda but because John just seemed like the guy I wanted to give my business to. He answered any texts or emails quickly and put up with my indecisiveness like a pro without making me feel pushed into anything. Chuck in finance was also great and patient. We had some issues with our bank (fraud alerts) and were there a little later than normal on a weekday but both gentlemen were patient and kind. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and I'm loving my new CX5. More

I walked in without an appointment. I was able to browse the showroom briefly. Becky calmly approached me to offer assistance. We discussed the model I was interested in and she present I was able to browse the showroom briefly. Becky calmly approached me to offer assistance. We discussed the model I was interested in and she presented me with 2 options to test drive. The environment was just very relaxed. I never felt pressured or rushed. Becky was extremely patient and listened to all of my concerns and questions regarding the vehicles, financing and protection coverage for the vehicle. It took me 6 hours to decide what I actually wanted because I hadn't planned on doing anything more than test driving and getting some detailed info. But ultimately, I couldn't take my eyes off the carbon edition on the showroom floor. So I test drove an identical model and ended driving off with the one on the showroom after it was detailed. I love the fact that I wanted the car on the showroom floor and left with it. This car didn't have a smudge nor fingerprint on the exterior or interior. It was such a pleasure to do business in a professional environment. I was offered refreshments during the entire process. I'm frugal but I left extremely happy and proud to have made a purchase that has been at least 20 years past due. I finally have a car that I simply love and am proud to drive with peace of mind thanks to awesome protection and service coverage I purchased as well. I can't thank Becky and Tim enough for helping me make a very smart and thorough decision in selecting a vehicle and protective coverage that are perfect and just right for me. Honestly, I've never had as an amazing experience as this one. More
