I would highly recommend Byer's Mazda, this is my 3rd lease from them and all my experiences have been very positive, the entire staff exemplifies customer service, professional and always attentive to y lease from them and all my experiences have been very positive, the entire staff exemplifies customer service, professional and always attentive to your questions. My sales associate Mike O'brien who I have leased all my cars has always remembered me and knows what I am looking for and tries to make sure that I am getting what I want. I could have gone to a dealership closer to my home but have chose not to as Byer's has been the best and will keep me coming back. Not only is the sales staff top notch but Ken in the service department is also one of the best, I highly recommend if you are looking at Mazda that you pick Byer's, 5 star all the way. More

The Byers Mazda sales team is dedicated to customer service. I called Byers Mazda on a Friday afternoon when I could not start my vehicle while traveling. The service department was closed, but Russe service. I called Byers Mazda on a Friday afternoon when I could not start my vehicle while traveling. The service department was closed, but Russell Wilson in the sales department, patiently listened to what was wrong with my car, helped me figure out that my car probably had a dead battery, and walked me through using Roadside Assistance on the app. He even followed up the next day to make sure I was taken care of. I was able to have a new battery quickly installed and be on my way. I can't thank Byers Mazda enough for their assistance and their sales team’s amazing dedication for assisting their customers.
