Purchased a slightly used vehicle instead of new, which was not planned, but it’s a beautiful car. There appears to be an in-vehicle communication issue discovered by the MyMazda app for which I need dealership service. I’m not concerned as service reviews are glowing. However, there’s currently a two-week wait time for a loaner and I cannot be without a car, so I have to wait two weeks for service. They offer shuttle service within a 10-mile radius, but that’s a last resort for me. Customers should be able to get a loaner at service time if the service is estimated to take 2 hours or more, or if length of service is unknown. I’ve never worked with a car dealership in the past where getting a loaner (even for a fee) was a problem, so I’m surprised about this. But it’s my only issue with Byers so far. More
This is only the fourth new vehicle I've bought in the last 30 years, and the Byers experience was by far the best! Paperwork is always a pain, but Josh made it as easy as possible. Russell delivered the last 30 years, and the Byers experience was by far the best! Paperwork is always a pain, but Josh made it as easy as possible. Russell delivered the vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. My wife had purchased another new Mazda last year (from another dealer) and never got a hands-on setup session, and also had a small paint blemish from the factory. Russell took the time to teach her how to configure advanced features on her vehicle, and was such a boy scout he even had the right color of paint to fix it on the spot! I've got a teenager that will be buying her own car in a year or so, and as a dad, there is only ONE place I will send her! Thank you for customer service done right. More
