I was looking to buy a 1 year old car and eventually narrowed it down to three different vehicles. I increased my search radius 200 miles and found the car I wanted at this dealership for $1100 less tha narrowed it down to three different vehicles. I increased my search radius 200 miles and found the car I wanted at this dealership for $1100 less than I could get it anywhere else in this radius. I called the dealership and was received by Austin Bare and he graciously held the car for two days. He impressed me next by taking and sending me a video of the car while dictating it's condition and features. He did a complete walk around the exterior and then showed me the back seating before settling into the front seating. He showed the dash while explaining the various features. Before I took this 3 hour drive from out of state, I found this to be very comforting and reassuring. And even though I had test driven this car locally and was aware of it's features, this was unexpected and a nice touch to my overall experience. To top things off, the car I was driving was 18 years old with 235,000 miles on it. I had made arrangements to donate it to a worthy cause and the dealership was ok with me leaving it there for a few days until it could get picked up. However, because the title was out of state it created a nearly 3 week delay. I stayed in contact with Austin about this and he reassured me that it was all ok. Austin and this dealership went well beyond expectations. The 3 hour drive was well worth it! More
