My daughter's 2019 Ford Fiesta needed new tires. Tiffany got me in immediately. While the car was there they did their inspection and found her brakes needed to be replaced and all the other stuff t Tiffany got me in immediately. While the car was there they did their inspection and found her brakes needed to be replaced and all the other stuff that goes on with front and back brakes. I got the tiles and brakes done thanks to the wonderful staff at Byers Service Department. I recommend them to everyone I have car conversations with. Wish I could get discounts for the work I have done on my cars there. I buy my cars there and have them serviced there faithfully. It a wonderful experience every time I go there for anything More

The person who initially took in my vehicle was rude and very condescending, for no apparent reason other than I am a black female. Not impressed with this service department at all. Had I not filed a compl very condescending, for no apparent reason other than I am a black female. Not impressed with this service department at all. Had I not filed a complaint I believe I would have been charged for the work and time they put in, even though, they knew I had an ESP. I felt like I was judged based on the color of my skin and the fact that they assumed I knew nothing about cars. I've had two mechanical engineers as bf's who worked for Cadillac dealers plus I am a respiratory therapist that manages life support systems. These workers were just rude no respect. Not sure why this occurred but I plan on taking it to the owner of Ford. More
