Great experience. our sales guy Matt was great. I drove for two hours to see this truck and he made sure it was there for me when I got there. I only say t experience. our sales guy Matt was great. I only say that because there were other people interested in the truck also that lived closer than me, but since I called to inquire on the truck first and told Matt that I was coming to see it, he made sure I had first choice on the truck. Normally that does not happen. It's usually first come first serve. And he was not just using a sales tactic because when I got to the dealership there were two guy looking at the truck. But I had first dibs, thanks to Matt. And good thing because I bought the truck and I love it. Everything went great, Matt made sure I went home happy. THANKS MATT More

WORSTE SALES MAN EVER MY WIFE AND I WITH OUR 10YR OLD DAUGHTER STOPPED AND CHECKED OUT THE USED CAR (TRUCK) INVENTORY AND A GOLD COLORED CHEVROLET 2500 4 DOOR CAUGHT MY ATT MY WIFE AND I WITH OUR 10YR OLD DAUGHTER STOPPED AND CHECKED OUT THE USED CAR (TRUCK) INVENTORY AND A GOLD COLORED CHEVROLET 2500 4 DOOR CAUGHT MY ATTENTION SO I WENT UP TO THE OFFICE AND A SALES MAN GREATED ME BY THE NAME OF SCOTT BUMGARNER. AT FIRST HE WAS NICE A JOKING. WHEN HE TOLD ME THE PRICE OF THE TRUCK I WAS STICKER SHOCKED BUT NICELY SAID I WOULD LIKE TO LOOK AT THE TRUCK STILL BUT LIKE TO RESEARCH ON WHAT THEY ARE SALING FOR AND HE BLURTED OUT RUDELY ( YOUR NOT GOING TO GET THAT TRUCK FOR NO $13000.00 ) AND I NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING OR EVEN BOUGHT A # UP. WHILE WALKING TO THE TRUCK HE ASKED ME IF I HAD A FINACIAL ( BANK ) I WAS THINK OF DOING FINANCING WITH I TOLD HIM YES MY LOCAL BANK AND HE ASKED IF HE COULD BEAT THEIR RATES WOULD I CONSIDER THEIR BANK I JUST TOLD HIM THEY ARE PRETTY COMPETABLE WITH OTHER BANKS HE THEN SMARTS OFF WELL THATS WHAT THEY ALL SAY. WE THEN GET TO THE TRUCK AND THE KEY FOB WOULD NOT UNLOCK THE DOORS I SUGESTED JUST USING THE KEY HE THEN RUDELY SAID I KNOW WHAT IM DOING . I WAS LIKE WOW WHATS UP WITH THIS DUDE, I STARTED UP THE TRUCK PUT IT INTO GEAR AND ONE OF THE DRIVING LIGHTS WERE NOT WORKING SO HE SMACKS IT A FEW TIMES AND IT COMES ON I SAID TO HIM THOSE LENSES ARE AROUND $300 TO REPLACE IF YOU BREAK ONE HE RUDELY SAID I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YRS THIS IS HOW YOU GET THEM TO WORK . I THEN TOLD HIM NO EITHER ITS A BAD BULB OR LOOSE SOCKET . AFEW MINUTES LATER I SUGESTED HIM TO GET A DEALER PLATE SO WE CAN TAKE IT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND PROCEEDED TO HAND HIM THE KEYS TO MY TRUCK AND SAID HAVE YOUR PEOPLE LOOK OVER MY TRUCK AND SEE WHAT THEY WILL GIVE ME IN TRADE. HE ASKED ME WHAT WOULD I LIKE TO GET OUT OF IT I TOLD HIM AS MUCH AS I COULD I NEVER GAVE A $$$$ AMOUNT . HE THEN RUDELY TOLD ME THAT MY TRUCK WAS NOT WORTH ANYTHING THAT THEY WERE HARD TO SALE. I THEN TOLD MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER COME ON LETS GO I WAS THROUGH TALKING WITH HIM TO GET IN OUR TRUCK AND GO HOME. HE YELLS AT ME MAN WHATS YOUR PROBLEM I SAID I WAS DONE TALKING TO HIM THAT EVERYTIME I WOULD ASK SOMETHING OR SAY SOMETHING HE WOULD REPLY BACK WITH A FREAKEN SMART @@@ RESPONCE. HE THEN RAN UP GOT INTO MY FACE AND STARTED YELLING AT ME TO HIT HIM SEVERAL TIMES HE WOULD YELL THIS AT ME I TOLD HIM TO STEP BACK THAT I WAS NOT GOING TO HIM HE AGAIN YELLED HIT ME HIT ME I JUST WALKED AWAY THEN AS MY DAUGHTER WAS WALKING TOWARD MY TRUCK HE STARTED YELLING AT HER SAYING I BET YOUR PROUD OF YOUR FATHER HE SEEMS TO BE A GOOD ROLE MODEL AND REPEATED THAT TO HER AGAIN AND AGAIN TRYING TO GET ME TO HIT HIM I THEN LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND LATER CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE WITH A MANAGER BUT THEY NEVER CALLED BACK TO TLL ME WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO I ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD VIDEO TO LOOK AT IT THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE VIDEO AND I HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING THIS WITH MILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF INVENTORY THAT THERE HAS TO BE SOME SORT OF CAMERAS SOMEWHERE. I HOPE IF ANYONE DECIDES TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER THEY READ THIS FIRST AND USE THEIR BEST JUDGEMENT AND SHOP SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT. More
I just have consistently bad visits. When my car was towed there after it broke down, by Ford, it was delivered to the wrong part of the car lot and Byers would not take care of it because it was not dr towed there after it broke down, by Ford, it was delivered to the wrong part of the car lot and Byers would not take care of it because it was not dropped to the correct side of the parking area. I had to arrange for it to be towed again. It was a new car, with a stupid defect, and I had to go without my car for nearly a week, but couldn't get a loner car because none were available. Every service visit I have gone to I have had to wait long periods of time for them to figure out that the visit is covered by warranty. Each time I am billed and then have to re-explain, sit and wait, and then get it figured out. This time, I got a 'zero' estimate for my car door handle being broken (written estimate-which I still have), which made me assume it was under warranty. Then I drop it off, my reservation is lost, though they do manage to get me in. But, when I pick it up, I am charged $140. I explain the warranty and am asked to wait. 45 minutes later I am told it isn't covered. More
