I purchased a 2021 F150 Lariat PowerBoost.The purchase I purchased a 2021 F150 Lariat PowerBoost. The purchase was simple due to the fact that I was purchasing a difficult to find vehicle so negotiation I purchased a 2021 F150 Lariat PowerBoost. The purchase was simple due to the fact that I was purchasing a difficult to find vehicle so negotiation was very minimal. They offered a fair trade allowance without a hassle. There seemed to be vert little effort towards making us feel like valued customers or retain us for future purchases. I realize that there is not a lot of motivation for a dealer to invest in that effort but on a $70k truck you would expect at least a cup or a hat.... A bed liner would also have been nice. When I asked about it I was told they are cheap, go get one.... I also asked about tires, I was told they aren't a tire company. They said they can't register my truck for me with the state due to an out-of-state trade. One reason I bought now was to avoid a trip to the BMV to register a vehicle for a month... I have traded out-of-state multiple times in the past with no issue. They still charged a doc fee for the trade but I got the feeling that they just didn't want to mess with the registering the truck, especially since it was late on a Saturday. The salesman's knowledge of the truck was limited, possibly due to them moving through the lot so fast that the salespeople don't have time to acclimate themselves. I had Googled most things before arriving but there are some options that are tricky. The keyless entry number pad code is still missing. I can get it by pulling up a trim piece inside the cab but I shouldn't have to risk breaking a retainer clip to get my code. Would I recommend this dealer? I can honestly say I would not send someone there specifically. Would I go there again? Yes, if they had a vehicle I wanted but I wouldn't make a special trip to Delaware based on anything Byer's Ford did. More

Byers sales and finance personnel went out of their way to make my wife and I comfortable when we came in to review the car just an hour before closing. There was no rushing us and my wife and I were test to make my wife and I comfortable when we came in to review the car just an hour before closing. There was no rushing us and my wife and I were test driving the vehicle with in 10 minutes of arriving. The salesman answered all our questions during the negotiationon of vehicle price and trade in value of our old car. We had a price for the vehicle and an offer for our car in 30 minutes. The deal was closed in 45 minutes. The business was supposed to close in 15 minutes. However, the finance person took care of all necessary preliminaries, credit check and loan setup even though it was past closing time. All paper work was 90% electronic and completed in 30 minutes. He went the extra mile to make sure we had the best interest rate and answered all our financial question. After having an oil/filter change I checked my oil level before leaving the dealership. I found the oil level to be 3/4's of the way down the thatched area. I was told by someone who I was told was the he before leaving the dealership. I found the oil level to be 3/4's of the way down the thatched area. I was told by someone who I was told was the head tech that as long as it was anywhere showing on the thatched area that it was ok. In the past I have been told by other techs that the oil should be at or near the top of the thatched area but not above. I won't be returning to Byers Ford of Delaware Ohio in the future. More
