Great Buying Experience Great purchase experience. I was an out state buyer on a new vehicle which Byers had in inventory. I worked directly with Grant Schick and was very Great purchase experience. I was an out state buyer on a new vehicle which Byers had in inventory. I worked directly with Grant Schick and was very pleased with the experience. During the purchase, I received no pressure, honest pricing with no hidden fees, quick response, and extreme professionalism. Since I flew in, Grant personally picked me up from the airport and had me out the dealership doors in 10 minutes in my new vehicle. The cars was immaculately clean with a full tank of gas. I have bought many new cars from multiple dealerships. This was bar-none the best buying experience to date. Only downside is they are smack dab in the middle of Buckeye country. More
Gabe was extremely professional and helpful! Very pleased with my decision to purchase from Byers! Greg Vignon was a very thoughtful salesman and was very willing to work with us. He was knowledgeable and professional and we would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle. Financing was smooth and the gentlemen who handled our paperwork (whose name escapes me at the moment) was very kind and explained all our options. More

******ABSOLUTELY TRAGIC AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!******** I WISH I COULD APPLY PICTURE ON DEALER RATER I flew all the way from Tampa Florida to buy a $90,000 truck. Before flying up to Ohio I was guarantee I WISH I COULD APPLY PICTURE ON DEALER RATER I flew all the way from Tampa Florida to buy a $90,000 truck. Before flying up to Ohio I was guaranteed by Jeff Parker (used car manager) that he was going to fix some issues that the service tech brought to his attention. The truck had an alignment and paint issue. I called a few days later to make sure that the truck was fixed and everything was addressed and was told that the truck was PERFECT!!! For a $90,000 one would think that someone would take the time to triple check everything. ******** WRONG!!!!!****** I arrived on 02/01/2020 at 7pm and the sales person came to pick me up in my new truck. The dealership was about 3-5 miles from the airport so that was supposed to be my "test drive." The test drive was good for the short ride. We arrived at the dealership and it was already night time and cold so we take a quick look at the truck and go inside. The dealership was closed at that time on a Saturday so I come to finds out then that it was just the sales person and I. One would think that on such a high dollar purchase that a manager would stick around to make sure that everything goes flawless. My drive from Ohio to Florida was 15 hours long that night was supposed to be 15hrs. *****HERE IS WHERE EVERYTHING START GOING DOWN HILL.***** PROBLEM #1. No management on sight. -The sales person had difficulty going over the paperwork and even asked for me to sign a credit app when it was a cash deal to the dealership. The sales person had a bit of a tough time going over the paperwork. PROBLEM #2. TIRE SENSOR ALERT! - I was promised that all issue were handled. After driving just 20 min on my way back to Florida the front right tire sensor goes off. It said that is had absolutely NO TIRE PRESSURE/ FLAT LINED. PROBLEM #3. ALIGNMENT / STRONG KICK TO THE RIGHT! - It was raining and cold outside so I put the truck on 4A which sets the truck on 4x4 mode. Every time I accelerated the truck has a strong kick to the right. PROBLEM #4-6. NO COMMUNICATION/ FEELING LOST *****At this point I called the sales person and told him that the truck wasn't what they had promised me. I told him that I needed a Jeff Parker to call me immediately. During this time I am spending time in the freezing cold checking the tire pressure at a gas station. The tire was at 35psi which is the correct psi. I went to grab something to eat near by while the salesperson tried to get management to call me. An hr passes and the sales person says that managers are not available after hours and that he couldn't get a hold of anyone. <-----ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? -That same night I noticed that there was a Shelby Caliber cover missing. At that point all that I wanted was confirmation from a manager authorizing that they were going to cover all expenses and repairs when i made it home for MY SUPER BOWL PARTY. I told the salesperson that i felt like i was put together and nothing was addressed that Jeff had promised me was supposed to. I ended up staying the night at a nearby hotel on my personal expense PROBLEM #8. SUPER BOWL 100 NO HELP. Sales person calls me in the morning and told me to do more leg work and bring the truck to a Ford Dealership. Now this is very poor customer service. Them knowing that I am stranded with a truck that is NOT WHAT THEY PROMISED IN THE MIDDLE OF OHIO WINTER. I again asked to have a manager call me and still nothing even after I told them that I was killing the deal and flying back to Florida. . Soon after I arrived at the dealership to return the truck the sales person puts me on a 3 way call with Jeff. Jeff is all apologetic and told me that it was just a sensor and that I should have assumed that they were going to cover all expenses to have everything fixed. I told Jeff that I was flying back and that I would hold the deal if he flat bedded the truck back. He said that it would cost about $1,500. That he would have to look into it. I decided to just drive the truck back home to make sure the truck is done right. PROBLEM #9. NOT MAKING IT TO MY OWN SUPER BOWL PARTY. - Good thing that I have a great girlfriend that hosted the party for me. PROBLEM #10. ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! LOW OIL PRESSURE. -About 45 minutes out from Columbus Ohio as I went to accelerate the engine kicks back and gives me a low oil pressure. YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!! NO ONE CHECKED THE OIL BEFORE SELLING A $90,000 TRUCK. Texted the sales person and no response from him AT ALL. I went to the nearest Autozone. The truck needed 4 quarts of oil. PROBLEM #11. Sun rise, sun set, sun rise! - Went through extreme exhaustion and it was a war of a time trying to stay awake and driving that long to make it to work the next morning. PROBLEM #12. No follow up or care. -After all of this I have not received a text or a call to make sure that I made it home safe and things moving forward go smooth. PROBLEM # 13. NO WHEEL LOCKS IN THE TRUCK. -Brought it to a Ford dealership to get everything addressed and nothing could be done because the truck did not have the wheel locks that it was supposed to come with PROBLEM # TO BE CONTINUED.... -CANNOT FATHOM THAT THEY WOULD SET A GOOD CUSTOMER ON FIRE THE WAY THAT THEY DID I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OR ADVICE ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I EXPECT ALL EXPENSES PAID. More
