I had a great experience with Byar's Chevrolet All of the staff treated me with great respect and courtesy. The showroom and waiting area was very clean and nicely decorated. I was shuttled back to work and picked up, as well. Both of the drivers were very courteous. The only flaw that I have was I had asked for my car to be cleaned. The car was washed, but the vacuuming was very average. I offered to pay extra for the car to be cleaned, but it was handled very well. The service desk associate was very apologetic. I can't really blame anyone...I should have asked for the extra service in advance. All in all, my experience was really great. I will use this car dealership in the future for car service needs. Also, the price was reasonable. I think it was $60 that included the winterizing treatment and tire rotation. More
