Terrible experience Worst service experience ever. This service department doesn't stand by their warranty. Never buy tires here. They can't fix them and then day you have to buy 4 new. They should replace all 4 if one can't be fixed. Not to mention, go to a tire shop, they DID fix it. For free. And if they cannot recreate a scenario then they should Google it like the rest of the world instead of not fixing it. They're super nice though. :/ More
Had appointment for air bag replacement and was told that there was another recall and the service department was able to do it the same day. We were told it would take 2hrs to replace air and was told that there was another recall and the service department was able to do it the same day. We were told it would take 2hrs to replace air bag but with the other recall it would be 4hrs so they arranged a shuttle to take us to Easton so we didn’t have to wait in the dealership More
