I took a vehicle in that was purchased there by my son years ago for repairs related to two recalls. I arrived a little early, but they started working on the car right away, and had the repairs fixed in years ago for repairs related to two recalls. I arrived a little early, but they started working on the car right away, and had the repairs fixed in no time at all. They also cleaned the vehicle inside and out before I left. I must say everyone was so professional and friendly. And I was able to wait at the dealership for the repairs to be done. That was important to me. There was no charge for any of that, and that certainly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I was very grateful. Great job, guys! Thank you! More

After several failed attempts to have Byers repair my Outback, I’ve come to the conclusion that their techs are either completely incompetent or they were just trying to run out my warranty. After they lied to me me and told me my headlights weren’t adjustable I pressed the issue and they finally admitted that the headlights are adjustable but if they adjusted them they would have to recalibrate the eye-sight system.
