I took advantage of a rainy day to car shop and to learn more about the Subaru wagons which I had been researching online - professional reviews/reports and owner reviews. I have several Subaru dealerships to choose from in Columbus, OH, but started with Byers Imports because they seemed to have the largest inventory online. Sales consultant David came out as I window shopped the line up of Outback wagons and offered his umbrella as I looked. I am a retired female, but I know alot about cars and have always liked cars and driving. David treated me with great respect and listened as I told him what I'd already learned about the vehicles. I was only there to "look" and had no intention to trade cars that day. David's extensive knowledge of the Subaru line and his non-pushy approach combined with just the right questions to learn what I wanted/needed in my next car lead to us going inside, sitting down, and seeing if we could do business. He had my Mini Cooper appraised, presented a good trade offer, helped me with some extended warranty issues that I was concerned about, and we finally reached an agreement. I was introduced to his sales manager and the finance specialist. My new Subaru was prepped for me to drive home. I really love it. It is our first Subaru. We have been a family of Volvo's, Infiniti, and Honda. I even look forward to those first snow flakes as winter approaches. I highly recommend Byers Imports Subaru! More
