Bob was very knowledgable about the cars and took time to explain the workings of the cars and answered my questions. Nelson introduced himself and was ready to detail my new Forester as soon as the deal was sealed. Even though I was there all afternoon, I was offered coffee and free snacks. As soon as I walked in the door Rick, manager, asked Bob to take care of me. Rick checked back several times. Steven, finance, was friendly and prompt. RECCOMENDATION: I walked in with my husband, and to start with I felt that the conversation was totally directed to him. I then made it very clear that I was the one buying the car. Byers Subaru service department is not trustworthy. Avoid them if you can.
