My husband and I spoke to, texted, and emailed Dave Disbennett and he was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable about Subaru's and the specific differences in the 2012 Impreza. He stayed after hours to make sure we received the photos he sent. We decided to drive the 150 miles to Byers to test drive the Impreza. Dave was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Impreza and the sales pitch at Byers was very low-key. I received a very fair deal and was treated with respect and was not rushed or pressured in any way. Overall, an excellent experience and I would strongly recommend Byers. Bob was very knowledgable about the cars and took time to explain the workings of the cars and answered my questions. Nelson introduced himself and was ready to detail my new Forester as soon as the deal was sealed. Even though I was there all afternoon, I was offered coffee and free snacks. As soon as I walked in the door Rick, manager, asked Bob to take care of me. Rick checked back several times. Steven, finance, was friendly and prompt. RECCOMENDATION: I walked in with my husband, and to start with I felt that the conversation was totally directed to him. I then made it very clear that I was the one buying the car.
