paid $818 for routine service, left with a flat tire. I paid $818 for the 60,000 mile service. Oil change, new spark plugs, and ""inspection of the car". When I started the car and left the service station, the tire pressure gauge light came on, which I assumed just needed time to adjust after the tire rotation. But actually it was my tire deflating, as I found out the next morning. I would not recommend this service shop, as I received careless work that was overpriced. What was good was that the dealership was prompt in their response to my complaint and sent someone to get my car and fix the tire issue, so I received good customer support. But for $818, I would have preferred for them to notice any issue with the tire when they inspected it, rather than after the fact when I was not able to drive my car for the day and after having to have my partner leave work to put the spare tire on for me. After a full service and inspection, you should not immediately have to deal with a car issue, especially regarding a part of the vehicle which was listed as being inspected. More

Subaru charged us to replace the first one and understandably, because it was over mileage and out of warranty. The additional bearings were covered 100%. At one point they sent an employee 40 miles to our home to bring us a loner so they could take our car back for a thorough inspection. Now THAT is service and standing behind your product! All of the staff at Subaru on Hamilton road by the airport are exemplary in professionalism. Our last two vehicles were sold to us by David Disbennet. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest at every turn. We have recommended David and this dealership to anyone looking for a car. We love the quality, dependability and safety of the Subaru brand. I cannot imagine any other car, nor would I ever imagine any other dealership to buy a car from. David Disbennet is our guy for as long as he is there. He is a great asset to your dealership as well as to the Subaru brand. I would like to add our serviceman to this review as being, kind, helpful and very professional. He was also very patient with me!! I apologize that I cannot recall his name at this writing...he knows who he is! We will always return to the Subaru brand, at Byers Imports on Hamilton road, for quality, dependability and service. Nate was very patient and answered all of my questions completely. He made the car buying process straight forward from initial contact to test driving to signing the paper work. We told him what features we were looking for and the ones we did not want. He showed us a car in the color we wanted with the features we wanted. He explained the different finance options and some of the after purchase choices like fabric protection. We had AARP and Costco and he told us Costco was a better choice. We never knew having a Costco card would save so much on a car purchase. David left us feeling confident with our choices of car, options and sales person. He made sure we knew about features of the car that were new and very unfamiliar to us. He has called after the sale to see if we have any questions or concerns. We love our new Subaru Forester! More

Needless to say, everyone at the used car lot was very friends and I had a wonderful experience. They also helped me when it was a blizzard, and didn’t complain once. Perfect customer service. More

The problem is that I ended up walking around by myself for a good 25 min, with zero visits from a sales person. Not sure how slammed you guys are on a random Thursday afternoon (didn't look very busy), but a simple "hello" or some sort of acknowledgement would be nice. I'll find a dealership who appreciates their potential customers, thanks. More
