I recently purchased a Forester at one of their competitors. Was going to buy a body side molding kit for $280 with free install there, but figured I get it at Byer's as they are closer. Byer's wan competitors. Was going to buy a body side molding kit for $280 with free install there, but figured I get it at Byer's as they are closer. Byer's wanted same price for part, but $175 to install. Went back to other dealership and was told they were going by price Subaru had listed for everything. Also, had a 2011 Forester bought at Byer's Airport and they left oil cap off after oil change. Did damage. Approach with caution. More

We visited this dealership a few days ago with every intention of buying a car that day. A salesperson asked if we needed help and showed us three cars but said she had a meeting/ appointment. That was intention of buying a car that day. A salesperson asked if we needed help and showed us three cars but said she had a meeting/ appointment. That was fine but she never referred us to another salesperson. We walked in to find one and that person never bothered to leave his desk and pointed toward two cars in the lot we could look at on our own. There were many people working there but no one approached us. We left and went to another dealership where someone sat down with us and made many good suggestions.
