The dealership and salesman cared so much they returned to the dealership after closing when I called just to sale me a car and help me out. They even drove me to return my rental car and then back to pick to the dealership after closing when I called just to sale me a car and help me out. I was in the market for a good economical used car and decided to stop in at Byerly Nissan and look at a few of the Nissan Versas on the lot. I had recently rented a Versa on a trip from Florida to Kentuc decided to stop in at Byerly Nissan and look at a few of the Nissan Versas on the lot. I had recently rented a Versa on a trip from Florida to Kentucky to visit family and really liked the way they handled and the good gas mileage along with it's acceration. When I arrived at the dealership I was met immediately by Molly and made to feel very comfortable and was not given the pressure sales pitch that normally accompanies your first contact with a salesman. I explained my situation and what I was wanting to accomplish and was amazed at how accomodating everyone was at the showroom. I explained to Molly that although I was sold on the Versa, my wife was not and would need some convincing. Without hesitation I was given the keys and told to drive it home and let my wife see and drive it and bring it back the next day after work. If she did not like it then they would work with me on another style of vehicle. I did as they suggested and my wife fell in love with the vehicle and the next day I returned to the dealership and bought it! The financing was the easiest part of the whole experience as I was pre-approve through my credit uniion prior to car shopping. Within an hour I was on my way in my 2011 Nissan Versa! More

I phoned the dealership before driving to Louisville and talked to Bob Steffan. When I reached the dealership he showed us the car that we wanted to see. He answered all the questions that we had. It was not a pushy salesman, if he had of been I would not have purchased the auto at this dealership. The lady with financing was also very helpful and informative. She helped us to get the best financing that suited our needs. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I would also recommend it to my friends and family. More
When I walked in the dealership, someone was there to greet me, although they were busy that day, Byerly Nissan still felt customer service was a necessity. I stated I was interested in the Nissan Rogue greet me, although they were busy that day, Byerly Nissan still felt customer service was a necessity. I stated I was interested in the Nissan Rogue and without hesitation I was given the key to take a test drive. Although I was interested in the vehicle I did not have the funds to purchase the truck yet. I was in an accident with a semi-truck and my car was totaled. They allowed me to place the car on hold in which I thought I would have the funds in 5 days. Five days passed and I still did not have funds. Although my hold timing had expired, Byerly was gracious enough to continue to hold the truck 10 more days until I was financially capable of purchasing the truck. For some reason, Steve trusted me enough to pass up other opportunities to sell the truck in order to allow me to end my very long and trying search for purchasing a new ride. After I purchased the truck, we shot the breeze for about an hour with Steve Edelen, my sales associate and Pat Williams, the General Manager. I really appreciated the kindness and patience that was shown towards me and the efforts for going above and beyond to satisfy my needs. Thank you so much!!! More
