We were in the market for a new car because our lease was up. My saleperson Mark Hall sold us an Altima several years ago and called me on April 6 to wish me a happy birthday. He has always followed up with us and gone the extra mile and kept in touch with us. We decided to return to Byerly Nissan and meet with Mark Hall and leased a 2013 Altima. Mark was very helpful, courteous and understanding of our needs. He was not pushy at all and consequently we are happy with our purchase. I really wasn't interested in purchasing a new vehicle, I wanted lower payments on my present vehicle, a 2008 Ford Escape. I didn't get lower payments on my Escape, but I did end up getting a grea vehicle, I wanted lower payments on my present vehicle, a 2008 Ford Escape. I didn't get lower payments on my Escape, but I did end up getting a great deal . I never had a brand new car before. I got a Nissan Rouge (a new one) for the same price as my old Escape. How great is that? I ended up with a better deal and a better car. The gas mileage on this vehicle is the best I ever seen. This is my third car from Byerly. My salesperson was Marty Bray. I feel more like he's my friend. He always come through for me. He takes the time and really work to get me the best deal. Thank you Marty and thank you Byerly. First off, Molly was the only person from any dealership nearby that would give me a quote via email. Granted, quotes are just that, a ballpark figure. She has quite an automotive background, from service all the way through sales. In the end, the price was worked out to are liking, the service was great and I feel everyone walked away satisfied. I would highly recommend you at least speak with Molly, if you are considering a new Nissan purchase. The sales manager Patrick Williams was great to work with also. There only a few car sales people I would every recommend. Molly is certainly in the top ranking Now with all that said, my first experience at Byerly was the ford sales. Not a great experience, swore I would never give them another chance at my business. Right off, Larry greeted us and asked if we were looking for something specific. Yes, Nissan Juke,i wanted to see in person. He showed me the one in the showroom. Love at first!!! Larry was the greatest. He made me feel so at ease. I was only going to look! After a test drive it was over. I bought!! Larry, explained everything answered all my questions and my sisters questions. Trisha was wonderful. I can't them enough and it was well past closing time when we finished and still smiles all around!! So glad to be back in the Nissan group! More

After researching Nissan dealers in the area, I chose one, test drove an Altima SV, liked it and didn't even get to make an offer. The price was fixed and that was that. When I went to Byerly Nissan, I had a particular car in mind I'd found on their web site. Steve Edelen was the salesman I worked with and it was a pleasure. We didn't negotiate much because the price was already a couple thousand dollars less than the other dealer I went to. I bought the car. Steve showed me all the features and explained how things worked. I really like the car and am very happy I went to Byerlys. I recommend them as a dealer and Steve as a salesman.
