Always hated car shopping and being followed around the lot by sales people. When I shop I want to look around and not be followed or hassled. But everywhere we looked it was the same old story. Then we stopped at Byerly to look around. Amazingly I was finally able to look around the lot and not be followed. After walking the lot and seeing a few cars we were interested In test driving we were ready to see a salesperson. Our salesman Dave Meador answered every question on the spot about the vehicles. And never once did Dave push us for a sale or say let's write up a deal. When we were ready to buy I told Dave let's sit down and make a deal. It was an enjoyable experience shopping at Byerly and we love our new pre-owned Ford Fusion. I am very satisfied with the 2013 Frontier I purchased from Byerly. My sales associate, Jodi Richie, was very friendly and handled the transation in a very professional manner. The truck is great! I was, however, disappointed with the marketing strategy used by the dealership. The online price advertised noted that it didn't include taxes, license, or fees. Since I haven't purchased a brand new vehicle lately, I didn't realize the extent of the "FEES". I was rather surprised when the "on the road" price was substantially higher than the advertised price plus tax. In my case, the fees included the destination fee (freight) of $860 and $289 for paperwork, $1149 total. That being said, after I recovered from the shock, we were able to negotiate a a price that I thought was reasonable. Please don't avoid the dealership because of my review, just be aware of what the "fees" may include. More

Recently purchased two Nissan Rogues from Tom Hyland at Byerly Nissan. Found exactly what I wanted in both of them. When you've had a car you absolutely loved totaled after 12 days by a careless driver and you can come back to the dealership and they do everything necessary to ensure you get exactly the same car after the insurance settled -- now that's service. Appreciate their commitment to their customers. Highly recommend Tom Hyland for his excellent service. More
