We returned to Byerly because of our previous experience 1 1/2 years ago. At that time we purchased our first Sentra. The sales people are not pushy and are interested in what we came in looking for. Buyer beware I spoke with the salesman Zach Ruch two weeks before buying the car. It sis not have a handle to help the driver in or out which was a must for us. We gave him time to determine if one could be added. Before buying the car he said it would be no problem. He gave me the name of a third party vendor who did work with them. I had to make arrangements and take the car to his shop. He said he could not add the handle. The salesman and the salesmanager have done nothing to help. I have asked that someone higher in the dealership contact me. It has been almost a week with no result. Today I went to the dealer to pick up the car tag and to ask the finance manager about a $299 charge that was not included in the Buyers Order. He said it was a fee to engrave a number on the windows. They do it on all their cars. I did not ask for this, did not want it and did not agree to it. Too bad. I will never do any business with dealership again and am warning all others to stay away More

The thought of purchasing my first car was overwhelming and downright scary. However, thanks to Jodi Ritchie and the team at Byerly Nissan, the actual experience was the complete opposite! I ended up goi and downright scary. However, thanks to Jodi Ritchie and the team at Byerly Nissan, the actual experience was the complete opposite! I ended up going to Byerly after having a very bad experience with another dealership, who wouldn't return my calls and kept giving me the run around. I used the chat feature on Byerly's website and spoke to Jodi. She called me immediately after getting my finance application, and struck up a normal conversation with me. During that chat, Jodi found out that I was a recent graduate and told me about Nissan's graduation program. We started the paperwork on a Friday, and by Sunday, I had been approved to purchase my first new car! Jodi took care of all the behind the scenes stuff for me on Monday so I was able to just show up on Monday afternoon and sign my name, without having to miss any work. My 2014 Altima was sparkling, ready and waiting for me! As a recent graduate without an amazing credit score, I had prepared myself to have an outrageous interest rate and didn't expect to get the car I wanted. Jodi saw past my credit score, dug a little deeper to find out more about me, and told me about this program I'd never heard of and did her best to get me approved by Nissan. I got a great deal on the car and couldn't be more happier. I would recommend Byerly Nissan to anyone, and I look forward to purchasing my next new car from them! More

Great car. Mr Bayers was so particular about my Altima delivery, he accidentally activated the window washer and wiped it clean with the sleeve of his sweater.
