John and Patrick were extremely helpful in getting me into a reliable car. I absolutely love my 2012 Honda Civic. John was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle and informed me of all the features. There was no pressure to buy and even though my past car buying experiences were stressful, he made me feel at ease. Negotiation was easy as well, he and Patrick assisted me with staying in my budget and getting monthly payments I can afford. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Byrely Nissan and its employees. I would recommend John and Patrick to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. The byerly auto group has gained a loyal customer. When it is time for a new car, I defiantly will be going back to them! More
Price Games I almost purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Byerly Nissan. I decided not to buy from them because they began to play price games with me when we were I almost purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Byerly Nissan. I decided not to buy from them because they began to play price games with me when we were negotiating. I brought them 3 written trade in offers that I had received that were higher than their offer and they wouldn't match the offers; they offered me $2500 and I had had offers of $3,000, $3,200 and $3,400. I also heard from a few people that their lifetime warranty on the powertrain hasn't been there when people actually needed it. I asked for details about their warranty and they were vague about it and I don't think they really showed us the fine print of the offer; they only showed us Nissan's recommended service. I would not recommend this dealer. I bought my Rogue from Collins Nissan and got the car for $700 less than the deal I was offered at Byerly Nissan (excluding a lifetime warranty). Byerly Nissan uses their 'Lifetime' warranty to try to get you to buy from them, but then they said they would only give me the price I wanted if it DIDN'T come with the 'lifetime' warranty. I got annoyed and left. I expanded my search and found a better price on the internet and Collins Nissan on Bardstown Rd was willing to match the deal I found. I would not recommend Byerly Nissan because I felt like they were deceptive. I want to buy from a reputable dealer and Byerly made me question their ethics. Be aware too that in their advertising, they show the MSRP price but they subtracted the destination fee to make the price look lower (the destination fee has to be added to their advertised price). More

When we got the dealership we were greeted by Lyndsay and she had us out the door within 35-40 minutes as she had everything ready to sign and went over all the options on the vehicle with us. More
My Heroes!!! I was laid up with my back, having to use a walker and wheelchair to get around when my son-in-law got hit while taking my car to gas it up for me. I needed to get a new one and was unable to go look in the lots myself. I got online and found a car the same model & year as mine, so I knew what it was like and that it would work for me. I contacted John at Byerly Nissan and inquired about the car. He explained they had just gotten it in and it had not gone through inspection yet. He told me he would call me back when it had. Imagine my amazement when he called me the next day and told me he could not in good faith sell me that car as he felt there were too many things wrong with it., He did have a similar model in stock if I wished to look at it. It happened to be similar to a car I had before, so my son-in-law went over after work to check it out for me. He called me and told me how it drove, the shape of the body, mileage, and so on. I talked to John and arranged for them to hold the car for me. In the end, since I was still in a wheelchair, they arranged to deliver the car to me in Frankfort and we worked out payment arrangements on the phone. They were very good to me and went out of their way to help me. I will certainly recommend them to everyone and will go to them again the next time I need a car. Thanks to John, Jodi, and Stephanie. You are my heroes!!!!! More
