Lindsey, the great. After a hand shake deal with a dealer here in St.Louis which left us with a bad feeling with the sales person and the sales manager, I.e. NO Contact from dealership after promising delivery of agreed upon vehicle, and after my calling salesperson with continuing B S excuses, only to tell each tme I could get my $2,000 deposit back. This in my opinion smelled of a "Bait & Switch" . So I searched the Internet, , Found the car we wanted, Lindsey Daunhauer contacted me, we worked our deal over the phone she was excellent in her follow-up, came though with everything promised, so we drove 270 miles to get the car we wanted. Great experience! Our salesman Chris Trusty was great! He and the sales manager helped us get the best price on a Nissan Rogue for 100 miles around. Chris even found u Our salesman Chris Trusty was great! He and the sales manager helped us get the best price on a Nissan Rogue for 100 miles around. Chris even found us a USAA incentive that we qualified for. They also saved us a long trip to Cincinnati to check out a car that appeared lower in cost. They helped us ask the right questions to the dealer on the phone to determine the "out the door" cost. The dealer listed priced actually included over $1000 of incentives that we did not qualify for! It would have been a long trip and a waste of our time. At the end of the day, we got the BEST price available plus a lifetime powertrain warranty! You can't beat that! Chris also had lot's of advice and tips for maintaining the car and even helped us pair our phones to the Bluetooth before we drove off. While he showed us models with more options, he didn't pressure us when we wanted to stick with the base model. I appreciated that! We highly recommend going to Byerly and Chris Trusty. More

She kept careful notes, and tickled me every 3 weeks as I asked. When I was ready, we drove across town to Byerly and met Jodie. During the test drive she was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease with all of my concerns. Very knowledgeable about the Murano. I didn't even drive my other choice. The test drive and the friendly sales and finance made it an easy decision. Having owned 3 previous Nissans years ago, I was familiar with the quality, and my expectations have been met and exceeded. What a joy to work with professionals who were friendly, not pushy, helpful and courteous, and NO PRESSURE. The way the car buying experience should be. Shout out to Trisha Brown also, the most knowledgeable and efficient finance manage I have ever dealt with. As you can see, this was a most wonderful experience! Do not let the drive to Byerly from across town or in nearby towns keep you from experiencing what many dealers haven't figured out yet. More

David was Great! I totaled my 2013 Altima in late April and was looking to replace it. Nissan Corporate had given me a VPP number as when the paramedics were pulling I totaled my 2013 Altima in late April and was looking to replace it. Nissan Corporate had given me a VPP number as when the paramedics were pulling me out of my old Altima, one paramedic said, "Sir, your car saved your life!" I shared that with Nissan's CEO and SVP Marketing. I told David what I was looking for: a 2015 Pearl White Nissan with beige interior with convenience and technology packages... and Byerly had it in stock! David was outstanding in every aspect of our negotiation. When I arrived at the dealership, he and the finance manager has lowered my quoted payment...wowzer. Excellent.
