We live about 2.5 hours away and left late on a Saturday afternoon to go purchase my wife's 2014 Infiniti QX80. We arrived at the dealership right at closing time. Never once did we feel rushed, like an inconvenience, anything but welcome. Not to mention the unbelievable bargain we got on the vehicle. We bought THOUSANDS below book. Truly a first class dealership and we will return for future purchases. Mark is a great guy, laid back, and super to deal with. Denny Onstott provided excellent service. Knowing I had a long drive, he worked with me to present the clearest possible picture on my trade-in, and the most fair out-the-door price. I arrived at 335p.m. and by 420p.m. we had taken the truck for a test drive and agreed to the terms we discussed over the phone. By 445p.m. all paperwork was signed and I was awaiting a quick wipe down and wash. Thank you so much for your customer service! #1...It certainly went a long way, and lured me from a long way, in the snow, uphill both ways :-) Too bad I didn't have time to try that BBQ across the street!!!
